These terms govern your use of Sermon Writer AI, a service operated by FAST AI LABS LTD. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
The service
Sermon Writer AI helps you draft, revise, practice and export a sermon from information you provide. AI-generated text can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular tradition, congregation or pastoral situation. It is not a substitute for theological judgment, study or pastoral care. You are responsible for reviewing sources, editing the manuscript and deciding whether to preach or share any output.
Your content
You retain your rights in passages, notes, illustrations and other material you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to process, store and return that material while providing the service. You may use the generated output for preaching and related ministry purposes, subject to law and third-party rights.
Subscriptions and fair use
Sermon Pro is offered as a yearly or monthly auto-renewing subscription. The yearly plan includes a one-week introductory trial for eligible Apple Accounts. An active subscription permits additional sermons and revisions, subject to fair-use controls of up to 10 new sermons and 30 revisions per account per hour. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are managed by Apple. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews at the displayed App Store price. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings and use Restore Purchases inside the app.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, harass or threaten others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or submit material you do not have the right to use.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every generated statement or citation will be accurate. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and governing law
We may update the service or these terms and will post the revised date here. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
