Email support@sermonwriter.site. Include the app version and a short description of what happened. Never send a password, full purchase receipt, private pastoral story or confidential congregant information by email.
Restore a purchase
Open Sermon Writer AI → You → Restore Purchases. Make sure the device uses the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
Manage Sermon Pro
Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sermon Writer AI. Billing and refund decisions are handled by Apple.
Delete your account
Open Sermon Writer AI → You → Delete Account. This removes your sermons and personal account fields from our active systems. Deleting the app alone does not cancel an Apple subscription.
